Production and branding typically take 2 to 4 weeks from approval of the graphic design and receipt of the order. The lead time depends on the stock availability of the specific textile and the complexity of the chosen technique. For urgent cases (e.g. an imminent event) we always try to find a solution and deliver sooner - do not hesitate to contact us.
At Promotex we do not restrict the minimum order - we can print even single units (for example using DTG digital technology). With larger orders the price per unit drops significantly due to the distribution of fixed print preparation costs (especially with screen printing).
Yes, of course. Our showroom has over 3,500 real textile samples on display. We can also post samples to you so you can check the cuts, material, weight and real colours before the final production run.
Yes. Our professional graphic designer will prepare a visualisation of your logo on the selected clothing within 24 hours, completely free of charge. The item only goes into actual production once you are 100% happy with the visual preview.
For perfect sharpness and branding quality (printing, embroidery) we recommend sending the logo in vector format (as curves), such as .ai, .svg, .eps or curves-based .pdf. If you do not have such files, our graphic designers will help with redrawing and preparing the print-ready artwork.
